Virtual Email for NCIA hosted Website
A virtual e-mail will give you e-mail addresses at your domain name.
Example info@yourdomain.com.
These are not "pop" accounts (you cannot set up your e-mail program
to receive this mail) they must be forwarded to an existing "pop" mailbox.
Examples:
info@yourdomain.com forwards to -> jim@aol.com.
sales@yourdomain.com forwards to -> marciabrady@tvland.com.
webmaster@yourdomain.com forwards to -> thomas24@ncia.net.
You can have as many Virtual
E-mails as you wish, but they must first have an existing mailbox to be sent to. For more
information on getting additional "pop" accounts, contact the main office at 603-752-1250
and let us know you would like to set up another "pop" mail account.
(Extra Mailbox $10/set-up $2.50/month)
To add "Virtual Email" addresses to your existing website, simply fill in the following:
NOTE:
Setting the "Reply to" address for your Virtual E-mail addresses
Your settings in your e-mail program will allow you to change your "reply to" address, this is where
you would put your "virtual address", so that when when you reply to a virtual email that was sent to
a pop account, it will have the virtual address as a return/reply address to the customer. If you have
problems with changing your "reply to" address in your email program,
contact support@ncia.net.
